Finishing Services       We have been providing custom finishing services to screen and digital printers for many years. These services include hemming, grommeting, heatsealing and sheeting. Our Rosenthal Sheeter handles rolls up to 72" in width. It can slit to width and cut to length in one operation. Our 40 ft Bar Sealer heatseals printed and unprinted vinyl and fabric materials together. This allows digital printers to send us printed panels that we can seam together with an inconspicuous seam that does not hurt the printed image yet is as strong as the vinyl provided. For photos of this process, click here .           Our finishing services include both vinyl and fabric. It is always less costly for you to provide printed panels that are cut to size. It is generally a good idea to communicate with us prior to cutting the panels you wish for us to heatseal and/or finish. We can put one inch webbing in the perimeter hems for outdoor banners needing reinforcement. For Large Mesh banners we typically sew two inch seatbelt webbing into the hems for added reinforcement.
